Sales Performance Management Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in SPM implementation or consulting. If you excel at client-facing roles, have a strong technical aptitude, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are required.
In This Role, You Will:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.
Guide clients through decision-making processes with a focus on best practices.
Implement and customize SPM solutions to meet unique business needs.
Act as the functional lead on assigned projects, mentoring team members as required.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic advice, training, and ongoing support to clients.
Test and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications.
Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation and training materials.
Collaborate with internal and client teams during project meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table:
4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and delivering Sales Performance Management solutions.
Deep understanding of concepts like incentive and commission management, territory management, and quota planning.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at the director level and above
A technical, client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Education in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Canadian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required.
Familiarity with SPM tools such as Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, CaptivateIq, or Anaplan is a strong asset.
